About JB Construction

Jeff Bohlen, owner of JB Construction LLC, first came to Routt County in 1992, after graduating from Laramie Community College, with a degree in Construction Management.  Jeff has been a builder for 22 years.  Jeff has managed the construction of custom homes as large as 13,000 square feet, the remodel of a commercial ranch property, and has designed and remodeled buildings, barns and garages.

After working as a lead carpenter for 13 years, Jeff founded JB Construction LLC in North Routt County in 2011. He has assembled an established crew and enlists only the most qualified and trusted sub-contractors in the Steamboat Springs, CO area. Jeff believes in quality construction materials and practices that are energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
